Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. I have been going here for many years, not as frequently as the past, but still go when I can. It is sort of a San Bernardino institution. It is at its best it has ever been right now. The food is excellent, fresh, and prepared well. The staff is always friendly. And the quiet ambiance is appealing. For good Mongolian Bar-B-Q, this is the place to go.

Zero stars! Came to try this place out after work. My husband being a mechanic clothes are dirty from working on cars and the waitress greeted us so rudely and said we get our food to go and kept looking at my husband up and down like he was a homeless. Very rude to hard-working people that just wanted a meal after a long hot day of work!

Went for dinner last night 7/15/26 walked in good vibes staff sat us down i got up to get my food still positive vibe I finally get my food sit down to eat i had tofu in my mix of food which was okay, but it was just grilled. It didn't take on any flavor tofu. As you know, is a sponge suck up nothing. It was just fried tofu . I'm unpleasant unhappy with that. I see a staff member she has gloves on. Cleans up the the previous person's table takes it over to the bus. Station, she then picks up new tablewear and set down on the table. She just cleaned up. She then proceeds to set her new guest down at the table. She cleaned, never. It took off her gloves or cleaned her hands. I'm throwing up at this point. We were down, I'm walking out to pay, and she still has the same gloves on, I asked her to remove her gloves. She then proceeded to laugh at me. I asked for a manager and she smirked and laughed, I'm very disappointed in this. I will be calling the health department of San Bernardino County on this. I hope I have their full support.

My wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and I went to Mongolian BBQ in San Bernardino for dinner at 7pm. This was my second time here β€” I had a bad experience about 5 years ago and decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was the same disappointing result. We paid $84 for three meals plus one 20oz plastic soda bottle. Each of us had just one plate (my daughter had only noodles with no meat), plus two waters. The food was average at best, watered down sauces, watered down soup, (couldn’t even eat that nasty soup). It’s a self-serve setup, yet they still prompt for a tip starting at 20%. For that price, it just doesn’t feel worth it. I left with a terrible feeling of being ripped off. This is supposed to be a casual, affordable Mongolian BBQ spot, but $25+ per plate puts it in a completely different category β€” the kind of restaurant where you don’t have to worry about your car getting broken into or walk past homeless shelters and panhandlers on the way in. Never again. Learn from my experience and consider other options.
